payment methods including mobile money, bank cards, and bank transfers.
All payments are automatically converted to RWF.
Our AI automatically scans all posts for inappropriate content and phone numbers.
Posts containing phone numbers or inappropriate content are automatically flagged
and may be rejected to maintain platform quality and user privacy.
We have a fair refund policy. If you experience technical issues or have legitimate
concerns, please contact our support team via WhatsApp. We review refund requests
on a case-by-case basis.
